FAQs
Will it work with my website?
Kyn embeds as an iframe, which works with virtually every website platform: WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, Duda, Shopify and custom HTML sites. As long as you can paste a block of code into your page editor, Kyn will work. If you're not sure how to do that, your web person can help, or email support@teamkyn.com and we'll walk you through it.
Do I need technical skills to use Kyn?
None at all. Adding and updating profiles works like filling in a form. Embedding the widget is a single copy-and-paste step, and once it's on your site you never need to touch it again.
What if my team grows past 50 profiles?
Upgrade to Pro at any time from your dashboard. All your existing profiles carry across with no data loss.
Will Kyn help my team show up in search results?
Yes, and this is one of the features we're proudest of. When a visitor loads a page with your Kyn directory, the widget automatically generates structured data (JSON-LD Person schema) for every profile and injects it into the page. This gives Google detailed, machine-readable information about each team member: their name, role, location and employer. No configuration is needed.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your account stays open and your profiles remain intact. The embedded widget on your website will stop displaying until you reactivate, but everything picks up exactly where you left off when you do. Nothing is deleted.
Can I control how profiles look on my website?
You control which fields appear on each profile: name, role, location, photo, bio, pronouns, LinkedIn and a contact button. All can be turned on or off from your dashboard settings. The widget itself inherits your main brand colour (that you can control), so it blends in naturally rather than looking out of place.
